POLICE Crime Commissioner Tony Hogg is asking everyone to pay an extra six and a half pence a week on top of their taxes to cover a shortfall in the police budget.Mr Hogg will ask his scrutiny body, the Police and Crime Panel to agree the 1.99 per cent increase for the 2016-17 budget when it meets on February 5.These prices relate to homeowners of band D properties.
