Mobile phone records show the driver who was at the wheel of a coach full of elderly people on an Age Concern outing to Looe when it crashed, killing two women, made two phone calls in the minutes before the accident, Truro Crown Court heard.
Records show that Martin Chun, 60, made the second call to his son for eight minutes in duration at 12.45pm, with the crash happening at about 12.57pm.
