It's been a busy 24 hours for the Penlee lifeboat crew after rushing to help an injured French fisherman and a struggling kite surfer.The all-weather lifeboat, Ivan Ellen, launched from Newlyn yesterday morning at 9:15am to assist in the medical evacuation of a French fisherman with a suspected broken wrist.The Ivan Ellen crew safely transferred him from the Mor Breiz trawler, which came from Roscoff, to the lifeboat three miles south of Newlyn.
