Trading Standards officers in Cornwall are urging people to be on the lookout for traders who cold call at properties offering their goods or services for rip-off prices.
It comes after cold caller Kane Shane Lee, 21, of Wheal Jewel, St Day, was ordered to pay £2,888 in costs after appearing at Truro Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
