Public consultation has begun on plans to build 230 homes which would secure the future of Falmouth Rugby Club.The club has teamed up with Westcountry Land for the scheme at Menehay Farm.The land was bought by the club for £210,000, with members money with a plan to relocate its ground there several years ago.Planning permission was granted, but the move never happened and the club decided it wished to stay where it was.Club vice chairman James Instance said: "We want to stay in the...
