The sale of second-hand cars from Cornwall's roadside grass verges could soon become a thing of the past following changes to street trading rules.
Cornwall Council is introducing the changes on July 1 to prevent nuisance and anti-social behaviour. The new rules will require many traders to get council permission before offering goods for sale.
