AMBITIOUS plans to build two new bridges across the Truro River have been unveiled, the West Briton can reveal.The scheme dubbed the Truro Loops will include cantilevered foot and cycle bridges from Garras Wharf to Malpas Road and between Boscawen Park and the Newham Industrial Estate.
