A FALMOUTH car dealer was sentenced to 13 weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months, at Truro Magistrates Court on Wednesday.Michael Popham-Blyth of Pengarth Rise, Falmouth, who posed as a private seller to avoid consumer rights and come-back, pleaded guilty to four charges of advertising and selling cars to members of the public purporting to be a private seller - when in fact he was a car trader.As well as his sentence, Popham-Blyth was also ordered to pay compensation totalling £1,671.50...
