POLLING stations will open tomorrow morning across Cornwall for the second election for the Police and Crime Commissioner.The current Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) for Devon and Cornwall, Tony Hogg, is standing down and there are six candidates for tomorrow's election.Votes will be verified in Cornwall once the polling booths close and will then be transported to Exeter where they will be counted.
