Devon and Cornwall Police are on the lookout for a cyclist who twice rode through a busy street wearing a dark hoodie - but no trousers or underwear.
In the early evening of Monday, April 25, police received reports of a man cycling around Exeter who was naked on his lower half.
Officers say they believe this to be the same person who was seen cycling in and around the same area on April 18 at around 4am.
