A CEILING collapsed at a property in Falmouth last night due to internal flooding.Firefighters were called to the property in Norfolk Road at around 4.30am. A spokesman from Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service said the ceiling had fallen down due to flooding, which was caused by a leak in the premises. The crews used small tools to isolate the water supply to the building.
